Parnassus Books is thrilled to host #1 New York Times bestselling young adult author Maggie Stiefvater for a discussion and signing of her highly anticipated new novel, All the Crooked Saints.
This event is free and open to the public. To join the signing line at the event and have any books signed, you must purchase a copy of ANY of the titles listed below from Parnassus either in the store, over the phone, or online. Your purchase will include a ticket that will admit you into the signing line at the event. By purchasing a book from Parnassus, you are not only supporting a locally owned, independent business, but you are also showing publishers that they should continue sending authors to Parnassus. Think about it this way: You wouldn't bring your own biscuits to the Loveless Cafe, would you?
All books purchased from Parnassus will be able to be signed and personalized. Each signing line ticket holder may also bring two books from home, which can be signed but not personalized.
Video recording, audio recording, and/or live-streaming during author appearances and signings is not possible without prior written permission from the publisher and Parnassus Books. Please do not use flash photography during the event or the signing line.

What it takes to get one.
Any visitor to Bicho Raro, Colorado is likely to find a landscape of dark saints, forbidden love, scientific dreams, miracle-mad owls, estranged affections, one or two orphans, and a sky full of watchful desert stars.
At the heart of this place you will find the Soria family, who all have the ability to perform unusual miracles. And at the heart of this family are three cousins longing to change its future: Beatriz, the girl without feelings, who wants only to be free to examine her thoughts; Daniel, the Saint of Bicho Raro, who performs miracles for everyone but himself; and Joaquin, who spends his nights running a renegade radio station under the name Diablo Diablo.
They are all looking for a miracle. But the miracles of Bicho Raro are never quite what you expect.
