Parnassus Books is pleased to welcome hip-hop icon Rakim for a book signing for his new book, Sweat the Technique. Tickets are required for this event. Each ticket includes one copy of Sweat the Technique and admits up to two people to the signing line. If your party includes more than 2 people, additional tickets are required. Admittance to the line will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the line will begin forming at 3:00pm CST.
This is a signing-only event, and there will be no program. Only copies of Sweat the Technique purchased at Parnassus will be signed, and no other books or memorabilia will be able to be accommodated. Additional copies of Sweat the Technique will be available for purchase the day of the event.
Please note: Parnassus Books cannot guarantee how long any author will stay and sign books. If you would like to ensure that you will be able to join the signing line, please plan to arrive by the event's start time.
If you purchase a ticket to the event and are unable to attend, you may request a refund up to one week before the event. Click here for instructions on how to request a refund. If you did not attend the event and did not request a refund, you may make arrangements to obtain the book included with your ticket after the event. You must contact Parnassus Books within one month of the event to arrange to pick up the book included with your ticket or have the book shipped to you for an additional shipping fee. No books can be claimed more than a month after the event has occurred.
About the author:
