Parnassus Books welcomes Award-winning duo Mac Barnett and Adam Rex for a special kids event featuring their new book, How This Book Was Made.
Every reader muses at one time or another about how a book came to be - and in their new collaboration, New York Times bestsellers Mac Barnett and Adam Rex attempt to answer that question in How This Book Was Made.
In this metafictional peek behind the curtain, Barnett and Rex, as characters in the story, brave dangerous animals, answer to an angry mob, grapple with unreasonable editorial demands, sail on a high-seas adventure and much, much more to get this very book into reader’s hands.
