Hello, friends. We are continuing to do our part to protect our customers and staff. We are now open for browsing Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 12-6pm. Please follow these guidelines when visiting the store:

• 10 customers in the store at a time
• Temperature check on entry
• No outside food or drink
• Mask required at all times
• If your child is walking, they must wear a mask
• Keep 6 feet away from other customers and staff
• Please limit your visit to 20 minutes
• Cards only; no cash

We are still offering curbside pick up! Simply place your online order, wait for the email that your order is ready, and a friendly bookseller will deposit it safely in your vehicle, contact-free.

A Note on Shipping:

USPS is currently experiencing an extraordinary volume of packages and shipping times are severely delayed, especially when using Media Mail. Here at Parnassus we are getting your orders processed as quickly as we can, but once your books are in the USPS system we have no control over how quickly your order gets to you. We are encouraging customers to use Priority Mail. Packages shipped Priority are insured and we are seeing more reliable shipping times and tracking.
