Parnassus Books is thrilled to present a book signing event with author Chelsea Clinton, who will sign her new picture book, She Persisted Around the World: 13 Women Who Changed History, the companion to the #1 New York Times bestseller, She Persisted. Read on for more information about the event, the book, and the author!
This event will be a book signing and will not include a presentation by the author. A ticket is required to join the signing line. Tickets can be obtained by purchasing a copy of She Persisted Around the World from Parnassus Books, either in the store, over the phone, or online. Each ticket admits up to four people. Space in the signing line will be limited; if you are considering attending the event, we strongly encourage you to purchase your book now, as walk-up tickets may not be able to be accommodated.
Admission to the signing line is based on the date of book purchase; the earlier your book is purchased, the earlier your spot in line. Your signing line ticket will have a large capital letter on it, beginning with A. This letter is your signing line group. You will be admitted to the line in group order (like the boarding process for Southwest).
Parnassus Books will close at 4:30pm to set up for the event and will re-open for ticket-holders only at 5pm.
Personalizations may be possible; further guidelines will be provided at the event. Memorabilia or books by other authors will not be able to be signed.
Video recording, audio recording, and/or live-streaming during author appearances and signings is not possible without prior written permission from the publisher and Parnassus Books.
Can't make it to the event, but still want to purchase an autographed book? Place your order below, enter "signed copy" in the comments section of your order, and we'll have the author sign your book(s) and ship them to you after the event!

They've spoken out, risen up and fought for what's right, even when they've been told to be quiet. Whether in science, the arts, sports or activism, women and girls throughout history have been determined to break barriers and change the status quo.
