Parnassus Books is thrilled to welcome Michael Pollan, author of The Omnivore's Dilemma, for a discussion and signing of his latest book, Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation, to take place at the Blair School of Music, Ingram Hall, on Wednesday, May 14, at 6:30pm. This event is presented in partnership with Humanities Tennessee, the Nashville Public Library Foundation, and the Blair School of Music. This is a ticketed event.
